Welcome to JAPAN TCG SHOP (the "Site"), operated by Nachan Collectibles ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or purchasing from this Site, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our website.

1. Applicable

These Terms apply to all relationships between the customer and our store concerning the sale of goods and the use of services. Our store may modify the content of these Terms without the customer's consent. The modified Terms shall take effect upon display on our store's website.

2. Handling of Products

The products we handle are Japanese-version trading cards (unopened boxes) that were officially distributed within Japan. Due to the nature of the product, we do not guarantee the contents inside unopened items (card types, rare card rates, etc.). While we do our utmost to protect and inspect the condition of the outer boxes, minor scratches, dents, or slight shrink wrap wear that occurred during domestic distribution are considered part of the original specifications.

3. Shipping and Customs Clearance

We ship products from Japan to overseas destinations. The shipping method and carrier will be selected by our store. We cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, damage, or other issues during transit. Customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and other charges incurred in your country of residence are your responsibility. We will not issue refunds or accept returns if your order is delayed or confiscated during customs clearance.

4. Order and Payment

By placing an order for products on our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Product prices are listed either excluding tax or including tax, and shipping fees will be added as necessary. Payment must be made using only the payment methods designated by our store.

5. All Sales Final – No Cancellations, Returns, or Refunds

Due to the nature of trading cards and the risk of product substitution, all sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
  • Shipping delays, loss, or damage during transit
  • Customs issues or confiscation
  • Any other customer-initiated reason

All items are inspected and documented before shipment. Once an item leaves our facility, we cannot accept any claims regarding the product's condition.

For address changes after shipment, refusal of delivery, or returns due to absence, you will be responsible for all round-trip shipping fees and handling charges. Undeliverable packages that are returned to us will not be refunded.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

6. About Product Images and Information

Product images displayed on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product colors and textures may differ. Differences in packaging design due to manufacturing lot variations are not eligible for return.

7. Prohibited Activities

Customers must not engage in the following actions:

  • Actions violating laws, regulations, or public order and morals
  • Actions interfering with the operation of this service
  • Actions providing false information
  • Bulk purchases for resale purposes or purchases made through fraudulent use of the system
  • Other actions deemed inappropriate by our store

8. Disclaimer

Our store shall not be held responsible for delivery delays caused by natural disasters, transportation accidents, international circumstances, customs clearance issues, or similar events. Our store shall not be held liable for any damages incurred by customers as a result of using this service.

9. Handling of Personal Information

Our store handles your personal information appropriately in accordance with our privacy policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the courts of Japan having jurisdiction over the location of our store shall be the exclusive agreed jurisdiction for the first instance.
