1. Countries / Regions We Ship To

Europe: France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Belgium, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Luxembourg, Czech Republic

Oceania & Americas: United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand

2. Handling Time

3–5 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays and peak periods.

3. Shipping Method

FedEx — The shipping carrier may vary depending on the destination.

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or local conditions.
  • One tracking number is issued per order.
  • Orders with different transaction numbers are shipped separately, each incurring its own shipping fee.
  • To combine multiple items into one shipment, please place them in the same shopping cart when checking out.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees vary depending on the quantity purchased and destination.

5. Additional Charges (Customs, Taxes)

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be imposed by the destination country. All such charges are the customer's responsibility and must be paid according to local regulations.

For shipments to the United States, customs duties are collected in advance, and a handling fee will also apply.

6. Returned Shipments

Shipments may be returned due to customs issues, refusal of delivery, or incorrect address.

  • We will notify you if your package is returned.
  • Reshipment: The customer is responsible for both the original and reshipping fees.
  • Refund: Not available. All sales are final regardless of shipping issues.
  • Any additional carrier fees incurred during the return process are the customer's responsibility.

Undeliverable packages that are returned to us will not be refunded.
